Returns

If for any reason any item you have purchased is faulty and you wish to return it, please complete the returns form that was enclosed with your original order or download a pdf of our ‘returns’ form from our web site and post it back to us at Little Cowboys & Angels Ltd, Scarlett House, 39 Sharmans Cross Road, Solihull, West Midlands B91 1RQ. Please ensure that any unwanted items are returned to us within 7 days from receipt of your order. So please check your order as soon as it arrives, as mistakes can not be rectified after this period of time.

Please note that your right to return products does not apply on personalised items or those made to your specifications. These may only be returned if they are faulty. We can not refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, washed or damaged, unless proven to be faulty. Please obtain proof of posting when returning items, as claims for lost parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days.
