Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, please see our delivery section for delivery prices, or select your country at the checkout page and your delivery cost will be calculated.

Is it safe to order with my debit or credit card?
Payments for our products are received through Worldpay (Europe's leading online payment service provider), through a secure website using the latest SSL technology. This means that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering over the telephone.

If I receive an order and I don't like the items or they don't fit can I return them?
Our products are carefully chosen and we are sure you will be very impressed, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return them with 7 days of receipt using the 'returns slip' which can be downloaded here. Please obtain proof of delivery.

I ordered £20 worth of items with a £20 voucher but my order total said £2.00?
There is a £2.00 minimun order charge, this is so that WorldPay can make a valid transaction.

Gift Vouchers :

To purchase a gift voucher is really easy, click on "gift vouchers" in the left hand menu, fill in your name and email address, then the name and email address of the recipient (the person who is to receive the voucher), choose an amount, enter a message (optional) and click send. You will the be directed to the ' shopping bag' page for you to either pay or continue shopping. Once payment has been made you will receive an email confirming your order and the recipient will receive an email with details of their voucher and how to use it.

To redeem a gif voucher add your chosen product(s) to the 'shopping bag' . before you click 'purchase' enter the voucher code from your email. The amount of your voucher will be deducted from your total amount once you click 'purchase now'. Please be aware if your order total is the same or less than your voucher amount, there will be a £2.00 minimum order charge, this is so that WorldPay can make a valid transaction.

Tell a Friend :

To recommend our site to a friend, click on "tell-a-friend" in the left hand menu, fill in your name and email address, followed by 3 friends email address's and click 'send'. Your friends will then receive an email with the message 'Hi, I've just been on http://www.littlecowboysandangels.co.uk, they've got absolutely gorgeous things! If you're looking for original clothes and gifts for extraordinary children, check them out.' until September you will receive 15% off your next order for recommending 3 friends who are not already registered. All supplied email addresses will be double checked to make sure they are valid, your 15% will be deducted if they are not valid or are already registered. You will only receive the discount on one occasion

Birthday Reminder :

To set-up a birthday reminder , click on "birthday reminder" in the left hand menu, fill in your name and email address, followed by event of which you want to be reminded (doesn't have to be a birthday), then select the date of the event, followed by when you want to be reminded. The 'reminder info' box is there for any additional information you might want to enter, for example: "Cowboy Jim is 3 on his next birthday, his mom told us that he really likes Grannimals"

Once you click 'send' you will be emailed to confirm the reminder has been set-up. Please not that you will still receive a birthday reminder email, even if you have unsubscribed from our mailing list. To cancel your reminder please use this form to contact us.

Wish List :

Help setting up a wish list - Registered users can add products to a wish list anytime by clicking on 'add to wish list' from a products 'more info' page, once you've finished making your list, click on "wish list " in the left hand menu, check your list and delivery address at the bottom of the page, then click 'email list'. A new window will open where you can type in email address's of the people you wish to send your list to. You will be emailed to confirm your list has been sent. The recipients will each receive an email containing a link to your list and instructions on making a purchase.

Help viewing a list or making a purchase - Click on the link in the wish list email you received, you will be directed to a page containing a list of products that you can view and purchase. If you choose to make a purchase, it will be deleted from the list and the person that set the list up will receive an email, informing them that you have made a purchase. You will also receive a confirmation of your purchase.

How easy are stickerbugs to use?

Really simple and easy to apply, just follow our instructions exactly and you will be delighted.

Am I restricted about where to place Stickerbugs?

As long as the wall or surface where you are intending to place the stickers is clean, smooth, free from dust or grease and dry; then you can place them wherever you like. Remember that they are sensitive to extreme temperature or direct sunlight. Our stickers don’t’ like uneven surfaces like wood chip, wood panelling or certain wallpapers.

How many stickers are included in a pack?

Quantities vary depending on the chosen design, so it’s a great idea to plan ahead and see how many you will need to create the desired effect you are looking for.
Are Stickerbugs removable / repositionable?

Stickerbugs cannot be repositioned once placed so we suggest that you sketch out where you want them to go and check that you’re happy with the layout. However, Stickerbugs are removeable, simply peel the sticker back slowly and simply throw away.
