Delivery

Delivery is normally within 14 working days from receipt of order. Any items which are 'out of stock', ‘handmade’ or ‘personalised’ may take up to 28 days. You will be notified on a products 'more info' page if it is out of stock. If any item in your order is due within a week we will hold your order and send it all out together. If not, we may dispatch items separately. We will keep you informed of impending delivery dates. Please inform us if you have a 'must deliver by' date and will endeavor to meet it if we can. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, our mainland UK delivery charges are based on the total cost and/or weight of the items ordered:

£85.01 - £170................ £6.95

£170.01 and above.......£9.95

Special Delivery items (UK only) - Next day delivery add £8.00 to normal delivery charges.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current full VAT rate is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

SORRY BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND P&P OR RETURNS POSTAGE AS THEY ARE BOTH DIRECT COSTS. PLEASE OBTAIN A 'PROOF OF POSTING' CERTIFICATE FROM YOUR POST OFFICE WHEN RETURNING GOODS AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS LOST ON RETURN TO US.

Please use a delivery address where there is someone available to sign for your parcel. We have made it our policy NOT to deliver to hospitals or PO Boxes.
